Shipping + Policies



All Cat-Rabbit plush items are handmade without a pattern, this means that no two are the same and no particular piece can ever be perfectly reproduced. I use a combination of new and recycled materials, in a smoke free studio.

All work is based on my own drawings, and all work is/remains © Cat-Rabbit.


I accept PayPal.

Items will be shipped once payment has cleared, please note that this is the same for E Cheques, so please allow a little longer for your item to be shipped if you choose this method.


Within Australia: I send all plush items and purchases over $100 via Australia Post's Signature on Delivery service. All other items will be sent via regular post unless otherwise specified. Please contact me if you require registered or express post.

International: I send all plush items via registered international post. This can take from 7-10 working days, please contact me if you require the tracking number or if postage time exceeds this time frame.

Please note I send all international orders for jewelry, buttons, hankies and prints via regular air mail. Please contact me if your order for these items exceeds a two week time frame.

I am a big fan of recycling packaging and not filling up your package with unnecessary papery tissuey frippery. Your item will be safely packed, using bubble wrap and extra wrapping where necessary. Even though I reuse mailers etc, I still make an effort for them to look nice, so you wont be getting a rubbishy looking package, you will just feel safe in the knowledge that the wrapping has been repurposed, and not contributing to landfill. Yikes!

Refunds and Exchanges

I am happy when you are happy, so let me know if you are disappointed with your item and i'll try and cheer you up by offering a nice solution.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days, please message me to arrange this.

Please note that all items are handmade, and are not suitable for rough play or machine wash. Any damages resulting from these activities will not be considered grounds for refund/exchange.

If an item is taking longer than it should in the mail, or you think it may be lost, please contact me and I'll do everything I can to track it down.
